Returning a product purchased online
- Products purchased on topsport.ge cannot be returned.
- As an exception, it is possible to return the product, only if a factory defect is detected within 24 hours of delivery.
- In case of detection of a factory fault, send a letter to the email address info@topsport.ge and indicate your customer name and date of purchase in the letter, as well as upload a photo of the defective product, on which the cause of the defect should be clearly visible.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use or if the damage is caused by using the product or improperly opening the package.
- Products will be returned based on a telephone agreement with the website manager
- The return shipping cost will be paid in full by the company.
- In case of return of the product, the amount paid minus the costs will be reimbursed within 1-3 working days.
Exchange of a product purchased online
- The exchange of the product is carried out within 1 week after the delivery of the product in a product of the same or higher value.
- To request an exchange, you must send a letter to the e-mail address info@topsport.ge, in the letter you must indicate your user name and the date of purchase, the codes of the products in which you want to exchange the products
- Exchange will not take place if the product shows traces of use or damage, or its appearance is damaged to the extent that it will be difficult to re-enter it into civilian circulation, as well as a sharp change in the currency exchange rate causes a change in its market price;
- Products will be exchanged based on a telephone agreement with the website manager
- Any costs incurred during the exchange, including shipping costs, will be reimbursed by the customer.
- The products specified in the category of accessories, socks, and underwear are not subject to exchange arising from hygiene.
